Return & Exchange Policy – The American Wear

At The American Wear, we’re dedicated to high-quality apparel and great service. We’ve outlined our Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy below for complete transparency.

If you have any issues with your order, please email us and our support team will respond right away.

Return Requests Are Honored Only For Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Damaged in Transit
  • Incorrect Item Received

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Size Selection
  • Color Preference Changes
  • Change of Mind After Purchase
  • Ordering Errors Made by the Customer

Return Window

If your item arrives defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage
  • Return Label: A free return label is included in the package.
  • Restocking Fee: A $25 restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the item is not defective, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the defective item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • We issue refunds to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

Exchanges Available for (Defective Items Only)

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

If eligible, you can choose from the following options:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • A full refund

Exchanges are not available for size, color, or other non-defective reasons.
